The sun shone and beautiful blue skies provided the perfect back drop to the Open Doors event held on Saturday 18^th and Sunday 19^th April by leading Wiltshire based Estate Agents, Strakers, which proved to be a resounding success once again.  The branches were bedecked in red, white and blue bunting and all of Strakers staff willingly gave up their weekend to welcome buyers and show them over the vast array of properties available for sale or rent through Strakers. The firm report that the increase in general activity leading up to the event was extremely encouraging with many people choosing to market their homes specifically due to the Open Doors initiative!   An incredible 423 viewings took place, an increase of 40% above the same week last year. The event is based around the understanding that buyers want and to view houses, no matter what buying position they are in.  

Dan began his career in 2007 working for a national estate agent. Since joining Strakers in 2011, he has quickly progressed within the firm to head up the Marlborough team. Having spent much of his life in and around the Wiltshire/Berkshire borders, he knows the area very well and he is keen to promote a Marlborough office that is hugely enthusiastic and dedicated to providing the best property sales and lettings service.
